I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience here was so disappointing that I felt compelled to warn others before they waste their time and money. This used to be my favorite place to go to so to leave a negative review really shows just how downhill it has gone. I visited on a Saturday morning and left frustrated and unsatisfied. To start, the prices are incredibly high for coffee that tasted subpar and sandwiches that were poorly prepared. For what they charge, I expected much better quality. What stood out even more was the condition of the business itself. The place was visibly dirty, with dust accumulating throughout the store. The condiment station looked as though it hadn't been properly cleaned in a very long time, which did not inspire confidence in the overall cleanliness of the establishment. The staff's behavior was equally disappointing. Rather than focusing on customers or maintaining the store, the employees spent much of their time openly gossiping about coworkers. Hearing internal workplace drama being discussed loudly enough for customers to hear was unprofessional and uncomfortable. I'm not sure who currently owns or manages this business, but they shoul

My mom loved her breakfast toast and the raspberry love iced coffee was DELICIOUS 😍. Service was amazing, the ladies behind the counter were warm and welcoming. Definitely recommend! ✨️

Such a rare place. Love the staff is they are always friendly, fun and welcoming. They work amazingly during a rush coffee hour and still manage to keep a positive attitude! Definitely a must visit if you are downtown! Shout out to jade and abbey!!

Best Flat White with whipped cream ever. If I lived closer, I’d visit this place all the time. Great atmosphere. They have their Christmas menu out and it looks fabulous.
